   Originally retained as a property manager to boost occupancy and upgrade operations, Campus Evolution Villages' management team installed best-in-class onsite staff. The result: Occupancy climbed and overall property performance improved.

   The acquisition was completed with Campus Evolution Villages partners, Barry Reichmann and associates of Reichmann International Development Corporation, a Toronto, Canada-based firm.
