Fabulous Women announce sponsorship deal with West Byfleet company to benefit members in South/SE

EASTLEIGH, U.K. -- Fabulous Women community secures sponsorship and special offer from ambitious start-up website club

Fabulous Women, the not-for-profit social enterprise which supports and encourages women (and men) in business, especially small business, across the south and south east, has secured sponsorship from llocally, a website club based in West Byfleet, Surrey, which will benefit its members.

Run by father and son, Alan and Mark Fuller, llocally creates websites as well as providing hosting and on-going support for local and start-up businesses. The fledgling business is going from strength to strength and has now joined forces with Fabulous Women to provide its members with a website at a discounted price.

Mark Fuller said: “We set up llocally to build websites, educate and provide on-going website and technical support for our club members. Last year we noticed a demand from local and start-up businesses wanting a professional website, as well as learning how to edit and get the most out of their websites without breaking the bank, so we set up llocally (www.llocally.com). It's been going really well and we have a real mix of members from a football club owner (the owners of AFC Wimbledon - our first website!) to gardeners, consultants and home workers. We really look forward to meeting lots of Fabulous Women and Marvellous Men and giving advice as well as helping in any way we can."

The website club has also joined the Fabulous Women network as an Inspirer Member which means that Fabulous Women puts its name behind the company. Fabulous Women looks out for opportunities where inspirers can showcase their skills and raise their profile in recognition of them providing an exceptional level of service and helping small businesses.

Jane Hardy, Regional Director for Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Wiltshire, said: “This relationship with llocally is a great example of the practical and affordable ways we create opportunities to support our members in win-win ways. The Fabulous Women community aims to support women in life by inspiring, motivating and informing in positive ways, by finding practical ways to promote women in business, especially small business, and to raise funds for the causes women care about by organising and hosting fund raising events.

Fabulous Women (www.fabulous-women.co.uk) now has 44 groups across the south and south east which engage in ‘Netwinning’
.Jane Hardy explains: “This is our take on Networking in which our business community of Fabulous Women and Marvellous Men comes together to form those business friendships which can really make a difference. The focus is on collaboration, not competition. In our experience having good business associates with whom you can share best practise and know-how, advise and motivate each other, and raise problems to be solved , leads to mutually beneficial relationships out of which referrals and sales naturally emerge.”

So far, Fabulous Women runs groups in Hampshire, Berkshire, Essex, London, Surrey, Sussex, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire, and the social enterprise plans to open further ‘Netwinning’ venues in these counties and in Wiltshire.

For further information on Fabulous Women or Netwinning, or if you’re interested in leading a group, please contact Jane Hardy via email at: Hampshire@Fabulous-Women.co.uk
