November 2013 – Ahhromas Pizza will be hosting its inaugural “Pajama People Pizza Run” fundraiser on Saturday, January 18, 2014. This event will raise money for Youth Mentoring and Fitness Programs at First Nations Community Healthsource where 100% of proceeds will benefit First Nations.
The race will start and finish at Hoffmantown Church and go along the Albuquerque Academy exterior trail. Registration starts at 11:00 a.m. and race to begin at 12:30 p.m., rain, snow or shine. The registration fee is $29 for all participants. All race participants and supporters are invited to run in their crazy Pajamas and once finished running, to enjoy wood fired pizza and hot chocolate. There will be an the awards ceremony to present awards to the top three finishers in each category. We will have former contestants from “The Biggest Loser” show talk on health and fitness.
Kids are welcome to enjoy fun on the jumpy as well as music and face-painting. This event is designed for the whole family to enjoy!
