Ormond Beach, Fla. -- BETNR Construction Corp., Inc., headquartered in Ormond Beach, Fla., celebrated their 20-year anniversary of its incorporation in the state of Florida on October 8^th.

"We are so proud of all that we have accomplished in Volusia County and around Florida since we were first incorporated here in 1993," said Newslow. "This is a family-run operation and we have put all we have into this business.

James “Tim” Newslow, III, founded BETNR Engineering & Construction Corp. in 1969 in Massachusetts. He brought his reputation for quality construction down to Florida in 1985 when he started BETNR Engineering of Florida. The name was eventually changed in 1993 upon its incorporation. BETNR Construction specializes in the design and construction of commercial and industrial buildings. They have also built many custom residential homes in the Volusia/Flagler market.

They currently employ 7 employees, with two licensed general contractors. BETNR Construction has been a Star Building Systems distributor for pre-engineered steel buildings for more than 30 years.

BETNR has received multiple Star Master Builder Awards for their region, along with Star Building Systems Outstanding Builder Awards. Newslow also served on the Star Manufacturing President’s Club for several years.
