The Dermatology Alliance names Georgia Medical Director, Jason Smith, MD
The Dermatology Alliance, an Independent Physician Association, today announces the appointment of Jason Smith, MD to Medical Director for the State of Georgia.

Dr. Jason Smith http://nwgadermatology.com/ is a Board Certified Dermatologist and Dermatologic Surgeon that received his Doctor of Medicine degree from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1981. He then completed a one-year flexible internship at Lafayette Charity Hospital in Louisiana before entering LSU-Tulane's three-year residency program for Dermatologic Surgery at Charity Hospital in New Orleans in 1985 serving as chief resident. He has extensive training in the diagnosis and treatment of all problems of the skin, hair, and nails - both medically and surgically. Dr. Smith is an active member of the following organizations; American Academy of Dermatology, American Academy of Dermatologic Surgery, American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons, Georgia Society of Dermatologic Surgeons, Atlanta Dermatology Society, Louisiana Dermatology Society and the Southern Medical Association.
